Perfumist: Unknown.
Notes: bergamot, mandarin, neroli, jasmine, rose, cumin, pink Pepper, ginger, sandalwood, copahu Balsam, vanilla, myrrh, musk.
Another controversial perfume was been raised for me. The bottle is just precious in both editions. A collectionist piece indeed.
So many people has told me about this fragrance and the reactions that It develops.
Much of them found in It sexual connotations, and It was even dirty. So many men had qualified It as unisex.
Well, that is not my real impression.
The truth is that is very powerful. It's heavy and intense.
The top notes are nice, for sure. Rich, envolving, alluric, but suddenly the whole juice develops into something more sticky and heavy, dark and not as manly as I was expecting, (well, not in my skin).
The cumin note is very much noticiable, dusty perhaps, intriguing and is surrounding with a hint of rose that, together, creates, a dry peony-smell-like. The cumin, is just the main note of the whole perfume.
It dries down into something more calmed, even espiritual, with the myrrh and the powdery vanilla.
It's a really impressive perfume for sure. Not for everyone. I can't really imagine men wearing this. But in a strange way it works on male flesh.
It's actully very pleasant, (used of cold nights), slightly lemony and rich floral with heavy doses of cumin.
Where's the sweaty vagina smell everyone keeps talking about?.
All I got was a oriental floral when I wore last night, and actually, and surprisly, I got several compliments!!.
Another history in the summer edition, that I over used on my last summer trip to Turkey, when out for dinners. I just feel classy and sexy when I use this one.
Countains: bergamot, mandarin, neroli, cumin, jasmine, ginger, pink pepper, patchouli, vanilla, myrrh and sandalwood.
The composition opens fresh and clean with bergamot and mandarin.
The whole pefume is citric, with nice wispering hints of jasmine and cumin, spicy ginger and dries down in light vanilla and patcholi. There's a soft touch of the myrrh too.
I quite prefer that version because I'm a fan of citrusy fragrances!.
That is, in my opinion, much more situable for male wearing as the rich floral notes, in here just appears very shy, blending very nicely with the zesty and ginger notes.
